Outdoor Art/Garage Painting

I am trying something new.  In 2002, my wife and I created an oversized headboard

out of sheets of maple.  The actual size of the headboard was about 5'x5' (sorry, no photos pre-cut-down). 

We recently decided to cut it down to a more reasonable size.  I took the other half and decided to start an outdoor

drawing/painting on the raw and finished wood.  I wanted to let nature age the wood and the drawing through the

years as I continued to work on it over time.  {START} July of 2007, February 2008
